It worked !! and i could create a character and play the game. When I set the it to disable screen scaling like it is forced on the other exe files. Then I looked closed at the compatebility settings.Īnd found the problem the OBSE loader was not set to the same way as the other exe files in the directory. I am using a windows 8.1 so I though it might be because I need the Dx9 but that did not help.
Now this is the weird part for some reason I kept crashing when I pressed "new game" and no amount of searching seems to help ( actually saw a buch of unreslowed cashes) I got the game and downloaded and applied the unoffical patchs for the diffirent files along side OBSE which is require by the UPO ( from what i read at least) So I got the GoG version of it since I have heard it was the most stable version.
